Torah Scrolls

Torah Scrolls

At the Ktiva Yehudit STa”M institute we specialize in writing exquisite Torah scrolls according to the Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Yemenite traditions. Every scroll is handwritten by certified, G-d-fearing scribes, with strict attention to kashrut, precision and beauty. We offer a variety of scripts: Sephardic (Velish / Mor U’Ketziah), Beit Yosef, Arizal, Yemenite and the Alter Rebbe’s script. The writing process comes with personal guidance, full transparency and uncompromising quality. A rich selection of accessories is also available: cases, Atzei Chaim, crowns, rimonim and more. Every Torah scroll is delivered with a meticulous finish and the highest level of hiddur — out of a sense of mission, respect for tradition and love of the mitzvah.

Scrolls

Scrolls

At the Ktiva Yehudit STa”M institute we are proud to offer every type of megillah: Ruth, Song of Songs, Ecclesiastes, Lamentations and Esther. You will find a wide range of sizes, types and levels of hiddur. The megillot are written according to the different traditions: Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Yemenite. All are carefully written by certified STa”M scribes, with meticulous kashrut and unmatched quality. We work with professionalism and precision to ensure your megillah lasts for many years. Megillah cases of all types and sizes are also available.

Tefillin

Tefillin

At the Ktiva Yehudit STa”M institute we are proud to offer Tefillin written with care according to the Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Yemenite traditions. Every pair is written with meticulous kashrut and uncompromising quality, with an emphasis on professionalism and precision. Tefillin consist of two main parts: the batim — leather housings, and the parshiot — Torah passages written on parchment. Different types of leather exist: thin hide, which is less mehudar, and thick hide, which is more durable and mehudar. The writing is done on quality parchment by a certified, G-d-fearing scribe who carries out every stage meticulously, ensuring high-quality Tefillin that remain kosher for years.

Mezuzot

Mezuzot

At the Ktiva Yehudit STa”M institute we are proud to offer mehudar Mezuzot according to the Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Yemenite traditions. Every mezuzah is carefully written by a certified STa”M scribe with meticulous kashrut and high quality. The mezuzah sits at the doorway and connects the home with G-d. Inside it are the passages ‘Shema Yisrael’ and ‘Vehaya Im Shamoa’ from Deuteronomy. To protect it from moisture, the scroll is kept inside a mezuzah case; cases come in a variety of designs, materials and prices. The mitzvah of mezuzah is considered to guard the home and bring blessing and protection.

Parchment Gifts

Parchment Gifts

Jewish art on parchment is a personal and special gift that combines Jewish tradition with contemporary design. Each piece is written by hand with precision on quality parchment, and includes prayer texts such as Birkat HaBayit, Eshet Chayil and Nishmat Kol Chai. The works suit a home, office, synagogue or business, radiating spiritual depth and beauty. They bring blessing, inspiration and a personal touch to any space, and can be tailored to any occasion — a housewarming, an anniversary or a gift for someone dear. You will find a rich variety of stunning designs combining traditional beauty with Jewish spirituality.

Repair & Proofreading

Repair & Proofreading

At the STa”M institute we offer repair and proofreading services of the highest standard for Torah scrolls, Tefillin, Mezuzot and Megillot, ensuring meticulous kashrut and uncompromising quality. Our team includes certified, G-d-fearing scribes and proofreaders who combine rich experience with deep halachic knowledge. Each item is checked in two stages — a computerized check using the ‘Le’einei Kol Yisrael’ software, followed by a rigorous human check by a certified proofreader. This combination guarantees precise detection of a wide range of issues: missing or extra letters, malformed letters, improper spacing, stuck letters, stains, errors in a parashah and more. At the end of the process the customer receives a detailed report of all corrections and a USB drive with full photographs of every page — for complete transparency and confidence in the hiddur.
